FLASH Bonus - Terms and Conditions
MKDFX promotes a 200% FLASH Bonus Offer (the "Offer") to its Clients, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document. 2. By opening a trading account and applying for this Offer, the Client acknowledges that he has read and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and the MKDFX Trading Conditions which are available on this website. 3. This Offer is available from 1 January 2020 (00:00 GMT+2) to 31 December 2021 (23:59 GMT+2) inclusive. This 200% Flash Bonus offer replaces all previous Flash Bonus promotions and no further Flash Bonuses will be provided on previous promotions. This Offer applies only to Clients who have opened an account through https://www.broker-mkdfx.com. 4. In order to be eligible for this Offer, the Client must meet each of the following requirements: 4.1 the Client must be acting in good faith in applying for this Offer 4.2 the Client must have authorised any application to MKDFX for this Offer 4. 3 the Client must provide true and accurate details and information in connection with this Offer, including, but not limited to, the Client's telephone details 4.4 the Client must not have previously obtained this Offer (regardless of the number of accounts the Client maintains with MKDFX) account, a premium account, or a privilege account 4. 4.5 the Customer must not be an employee or a partner of MKDFX 4.6 the Customer must never have participated in any Abusive Behaviour (as defined in paragraph 5 below) in relation to any other offer or promotion made by MKDFX 4.7 the Customer must not be associated with any person who has participated in Abusive Behaviour (as defined in paragraph 5 below) in relation to any other offer or promotion made by MKDFX. 5. This Offer, and the retention of the Offer by the Client, is conditional upon the Client complying with the MKDFX Terms of Business and the Client complying at all times with the following conditions: 5.1 the Client acts in good faith in relation to this Offer 5.2 the Client does not participate in any abuse, improper conduct, attempted abuse or improper conduct in relation to this Offer or, in either case, any previous abuse or improper conduct in relation to any previous similar Offer or promotion by the Client (together, "Abusive Conduct"). 5.3 Abusive Conduct includes the following 5.3.1 giving instructions on behalf of a Customer without proper authorisation. 5.3.2 repeatedly failing to respond to an email for a period of 15 days or more copyright © 2020MKDFX. 5.3.3 the Client, by itself or acting with others (including an introducing broker), establishing a trading position or positions which have the purpose or effect of extracting the credit provided, and/or the profits generated by the Flash Bonus, without exposure to economic risk, including, without limitation, the loss of the Flash Bonus or the Client's capital (or the capital of others) 4 the Customer, by himself or acting with others, having an account or accounts where the accumulated Flash Bonus or bonuses from other offers or promotions on the account is greater than the amount that could have been accumulated if the Customer and such other persons had complied with the terms and conditions of this Offer and such other offers or promotions based on the specific offer(s) or promotion(s) in which the Customer participated or is participating 3.5 the Client by boasting about his positions, including, without limitation, by maintaining one or more open positions opposite a trade, including, by way of illustration only, by the use of a single or correlated currency, at given times, internally (using other trading accounts held with MKDFX) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers) 6. Subject to the MKDFX Terms of Business and these 200% Flash Bonus Terms and Conditions (each Client other than a Client excluded in accordance with paragraph 3 above or who does not meet the conditions set out in paragraph 5 above) (an "Eligible Client") shall be entitled to receive a 200% Flash Bonus on all deposits per Client. The Customer will be entitled to an additional 200% bonus (the "Additional Bonus") on one of their next deposits. THE FLASH BONUS CANNOT BE CASHED OUT and Clients will not be allowed to withdraw the Flash Bonus from their account(s) (see paragraph 13 for more details). 7. The Flash Bonus only applies to deposits made by clients during the period indicated in paragraph 3 above. Unless the Company makes an exception, the Flash Bonus is only available to Clients who deposit EUR 500 (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) or more into their trading accounts and the duration of the Sharing Bonus granted is 30 months. 8. No Client's trading account will be credited with the Flash Bonus if that account is already subject to another promotion. If the Client's trading account is already subject to another promotion, the Client may open a separate account for the purpose of receiving the Flash Bonus. The Client acknowledges that in the case of an internal transfer from an account already subject to another promotion, any Flash Bonus or Additional Bonus already awarded to that existing account will be automatically subtracted and removed in order for the Client to be eligible to receive the 200% Flash Bonus on his new account. 9. Clients whose accounts are funded by their Introducing Brokers are not eligible to receive the Flash Bonus. In addition, introducing brokers may not be eligible to receive commissions for trading on bonus funds.10. Once all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met, the Flash Bonus will be credited to an eligible Client's account, as a notional sum, the Flash Bonus will not be recorded or construed as a liability of MKDFX to the Client and may be unilaterally, retroactively and unconditionally withheld, subtracted, cancelled or withdrawn from a Client's accounts, at any time and at MKDFX's sole discretion in accordance with the conditions set out in paragraph 19 below. 11. The FLASH bonus may also be removed in its entirety by MKDFX following a Client's request for withdrawal Copyright © 2020 MKDFX. All rights reserved or request to transfer funds between accounts at MKDFX (whenever such request is made) and immediately prior to the execution (if execution is possible) of the request. In addition, and if requested by the Client during trading, the remaining Flash Bonus can only be removed if all Client positions are closed. 12. In order to claim the Flash Bonus offered in the framework of this promotion, the Client must create an account with MKDFX and send a request via his MKDFX Client Portal. Subject to compliance with the conditions set forth herein, the Client will receive his Flash Bonus. Unless the Company specifically agrees otherwise, the Client must apply for his Flash Bonus within the first 5 business days from the date of each deposit date he makes to his account. If the Client starts trading on an account before applying for the Flash Bonus and before the deposit of the Flash Bonus, the Client will not be entitled to the Flash Bonus. The Client may claim the Additional Bonus by following the steps described in paragraph 6 above. 13. After receiving the Flash Bonus, if the Client requests a withdrawal of funds from his account or requests a transfer of funds from one account to another), MKDFX may: 13.1 (where the Client has not received the Additional Bonus) prior to the execution of such request, at its sole discretion, to withdraw from the Client's account an amount equal to the Flash Bonus previously granted. If there are insufficient funds in the Client's account to allow for the deletion of an amount equal to the Flash Bonus, MKDFX will have the right to delete all amounts in the account; or 13.2 (where the Client has received the Additional Bonus) prior to the execution of such request, in its sole discretion, to withdraw from the Client's account an amount equal to the Additional Bonus. If there are insufficient funds in the Client's account to allow the removal of an amount equal to the Additional Bonus, MKDFX shal be entitled to remove all amounts from the account. 15. If MKDFX proceeds to withdraw the Flash Bonus or the Additional Bonus from the Client's account(s) in accordance with paragraph 14 above, such action will not give rise to any cause of action, liability or recourse against MKDFX. 16. The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products which involve a high level of risk. When trading such products, the Client understands that it is possible to lose his entire capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and the Client should ensure that they understand the risks involved. The Client should seek independent advice if necessary. 17. Participation in this Offer will not entitle the Client to participate in any other promotion or programme offered by MKDFX. The Client is entitled to receive the Flash Bonus only once (regardless of the number of accounts he maintains). 18. This offer is independent and, except as stated in paragraph 4 above, does not affect any promotions previously offered by MKDFX. Clients should contact their account managers if they have any questions (or wish to make any enquiries) regarding this offer or previous promotions.18.2 If the total of your closed positions exceeds the amount of your deposit, the bonus is withdrawn as you cannot trade with the bonus alone. 18.3 The bonus covers pending trades in the negative until the margin call. 19. If MKDFX has in good faith reasons to believe that a Client (individually or as a member of a group) has failed to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 5 above, MKDFX has the right, at its sole discretion, to: (i) to refuse, withhold or withdraw from that Client the Flash Bonus (and the Additional Bonus if applicable), (ii) to withhold, cancel and subtract from that Client's account(s) and/or any other account(s) linked to that Client's account(s) the Flash Bonus, (iii) to set off any resulting loss against linked/covered winning accounts, (iv) to terminate that Client's access to the services provided by MKDFX and/or to terminate the contract between MKDFX and the Client for the provision of services, (v) to block the Account(s) of such Client (unless otherwise required by a competent authority) and to arrange for the transfer of any unused balance (less the Flash Bonus and any Additional Bonus if applicable) to the Client and (vi) to cancel all profits, as well as Introducing Broker fees, generated by Abusive Behaviour. In addition, if MKDFX suspects or has reason to believe that a Client (individually or as part of a group) has abused the Mirror Bonus either by taking advantage of the negative balance or the bonus cap or by any other means that MKDFX reasonably believes to be abusive behaviour and that the Client has not complied with the conditions set out in paragraph 5 above, MKDFX has the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any accrued profits, IB commissions or any other benefits resulting from either the matched mirror accounts or any other related mirror account, as well as to charge an administration fee for taking such actions. 19 .2 The money you lose initially will be the money from the initial deposit you made. Once this money is lost, the bonus will be cancelled. 19.3 The bonus is also used to get more margin, to take bigger trades or to take several trades at the same time. 19.4 The bonus covers your current losses, until the position is closed by you or by the 99.99% margin call. 20. MKDFX has the right to levy an administration fee on the Client up to the value of the Flash Bonus to cover any costs incurred by MKDFX in relation to the validation or investigation of the information provided by the Client to MKDFX or the contact with the Client. 21. MKDFX may require the Client to provide sufficient documentation that the Company deems appropriate and necessary to be satisfied as to the identity of the Client before granting a bonus. 22. These terms and conditions are made in English. Any other language translation is provided for convenience only. THE POWER BONUS CANNOT BE CASHED OUT and Customers will not be entitled to withdraw the Power Bonus from their account(s) (see paragraph 13 for further details). 8. If the Client's trading account is already subject to another promotion, the Client may open a separate account for the purpose of receiving the Power Bonus.
